signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act adopting and relating to the Uniform Prudent                                                                        
    Management of Institutional Funds Act; relating to the investment                                                           
    of money for charitable purposes by institutions, including
